For the adventurous, there’s whitewater rafting and ziplining at Smoky Mountain Outdoors. Rafting gives you the opportunity to experience the Smokies like you never have before while floating down the Pigeon River. Ziplining offers a breathtaking view of the mountains and the wildlife below. If you’re looking to relax, try fishing in the Pigeon River, where you can catch trout and smallmouth bass, or stargazing late at night.

4. Tent or Cabin?

We have 20 different campsites available, with 12-by-12 tent pads. If you don’t want to spend the night outside, there are 6 riverside cabins to choose from. Each rustic cabin is partially furnished and includes a refrigerator, microwave and AC/Heat. Visitors can also choose to take advantage of our RV campsites located on the bank of the Pigeon River. Our campground includes amenities as well to ensure you have a positive camping experience. All guests have access to a swimming pool, a general store, a laundry room and internet access at our pavilion.
