Gather up your family members for a volleyball tournament or a cornhole competition! If you are staying with us during the warm summer months, go for a swim in our refreshing swimming pool or lounge under the sun on our large tanning deck! Our pool is just 4 feet deep so that everyone in the family can enjoy cooling off and having fun. The evening hours are a special time at our campground. Gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows, share ghost stories and gaze up at the twinkling stars!

If you are planning on spending at least one day whitewater rafting on the Pigeon River, you couldn’t pick a better place to stay than our campground in the Smoky Mountains! Our campsites are literally walking distance to Smoky Mountain Outdoors! They offer a variety of whitewater rafting excursions! The Lower River Rafting Trip is ideal for families with young kids since it is relatively calm. However, the Upper River Rafting Trip is a bit more adventurous. This trip features approximately 70 rapids ranging from class 1 to class 4! After being on the Pigeon River for a couple of hours, you can look forward to the quick trip back to our campground to relax at your campsite!

Our campground is a hiker friendly and we are delighted to welcome any hikers who are making their way across the Appalachian Trail! When you want to rest for a night or two, our campground is the perfect place to take a break. We have a convenient general store where you can pick up any camping supplies that you need, as well as a laundry room with 2 sets of coin-operated laundry machines. We even offer wireless internet access at our pavilion when you want to check in with your family and friends back home!
